Horseracing in Britain is scheduled to return with an eight-race card on the all-weather at Newcastle on Monday 1 June 2020 according to the BHA's initial schedule for the resumption of the sport. We note there are 4 meetings scheduled for Newcastle and Lingfield and will update at the end of each meet in readiness for the next day:

4 June: NEWCASTLE NEWMARKET
5 June: LINGFIELD NEWMARKET
6 June: LINGFIELD NEWCASTLE NEWMARKET
7 June: HAYDOCK LINGFIELD NEWMARKET
8 June: CHELMSFORD HAYDOCK LINGFIELD
There are 18 meetings scheduled for the eight days and of the 149 races 96 are handicaps (64%). As confirmed the 2,000 Guineas will be held on Saturday 6 June and the 1,000 Guineas on the following day. The Lockinge Stakes will not be rearranged, making it the only Group 1 to be cancelled in Britain this season. There are no regional restrictions on runners after resumption.
