Considered good enough for Royal Ascot

Beautiful Aisling is a £120,000 breeze-up purchase who found only one too good on each of her first 2 starts in 5f novice/maiden events in May. Worth noting those two runs were in a Class 4 Novice and then a Class 2 Maiden and tomorrow is a Class 5 Novice at Beverley.

She showed similar form when 11th of 16 in the Albany Group 3 at Royal Ascot and she's an obvious player returned to calmer waters where she easily sets the standard based on what she has achieved in her three outings so far. She has been given time to recover from Royal Ascot and this looks an excellent opportunity.

Trainer & Jockey Form

Team Crisford could be in better form. August so far shows 1-14 for 7% but then July showed 9-44 for 20%. He has not scored a winner at Beverley yet but has only ran 4 there to date. His combination with  jockey P J McDonald is solid enough showing 9-34 for 26% (-7.98) whilst the jockey has recorded 13-90 for 14% (-9.05) at the course.

 Contenders

Parr Fire is a speedily-bred filly who overcame inexperience to make a winning debut at Doncaster over 5f in May. However, she struggled to land a blow under a penalty over course and distance next time, and never figured on nursery debut at Ascot 5 weeks ago. She needs to bounce back to feature. The main danger looks to be Camacho filly Greenroad. She looked well-served by drop back in trip/front-running tactics when off the mark in a course and distance novice 16 days ago, in command final 1f. She should run well under a penalty.

 Timeform

Having finished runner-up on her first 2 starts, BEAUTIFUL AISLING ran to a similar level without featuring upped markedly in grade in the Albany at Royal Ascot. Given a break since, she can come out on top returned to calmer waters. Greenroad, who improved for the switch to front-running tactics to score over C&D a fortnight ago, is the danger.

Value

The 8/11 really does look like perceived value, we had her closer to 4/7.
