  • MR DIAFOIRUS (H Merienne) formerly with A Fabre. Showed enough on the level in France to think he can be a big factor now hurdling. Trainer 0-3 in UK, Charlie Deutsch rides and in form with 4 wins from 7 (inc 10/1, 5/2, 10/1 & 10/11)
  • MISTER URSUS (O Murphy) multiple scorer on the Flat in France, wears a first-time hood. Trainer pleased with last run and said 'ready to win soon.' Kevin Brogan rides
  • MARHABA PRINCE (A Honeyball) beaten odds-on favourite when 2nd in both hurdles races, Ben Godfrey rides

2.17: Pertemps Network Novices' Handicap Chase (Class 4) 2m3½f

  • Winning favourites 34%
  • RISK DE PLUIE (B Godfrey) beaten favourite last time out, yet to score over fences but has plenty of good efforts in defeat. Toby McCain-Mitchell (5) rides
  • ANOTHER FINE MESS (J Scott) 5lb higher but improver seeking hat-trick, Bryan Carver rides
  • STAR OF AFINITY (J Tizzard) trainer just 5% at the course but last time out winner in a match race, Brendan Powell rides

  • STONES THROW (B Aprahamian) seeking hat-trick, Kielan Woods rides
  • GOWEL ROAD (N & W Twiston-Davies) drops from Grade 2 to Class 2, Toby McCain-Mitchell (5) rides
  • A PERFECT DAY (B Clarke) 6yo with just 4 runs under rules, pick of the weights. Carries just 10st 2lb and same weight as jockey Bryan Carver, who rides

3.40: Pertemps Network Handicap Chase (Class 2) 2m

  • Winning favourites 34%
  • JAIPALETEMPS (D Pipe) beaten favourite last time out, has won 4 chases this season, Conor O'Farrell rides
  • DR T J Eckleburg (E Williams) C&D winner in this fixture last year, commendable 3rd last time out, weighted to win 125 > 120, Conor Ring rides

4.13: Pertemps Network EMEA Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 2m

  • Winning favourites 29%
  • GLYNN BRAE (N & W Twiston-Davies) down in class after struggling in better races, he won a similar contest at Sandown in November off 2lb lower and gets on well with jockey,  Toby McCain-Mitchell (5) rides
  • DOUBLE OBAN (O Murphy) last time winner and now 5lb rise, form figures read 12111-921, Lewis Stones (3) rides
  • DOCTORS HILL (Hobbs & White) C&D winner, beaten favourite last time out, but looked to have resumed his progress when runner-up at Newbury last time out. Sean Houlihan rides

4.48: Pertemps Network EMEA Novices' Limited Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 2m3½f

  • Winning favourites 29%
  • THORGATH (T Lacey) only beaten by a well-treated one on handicap debut, that one has won subsequently. Stan Sheppard rides
  • DON'T TELL ROSIE (J Scott) disappointing this season prior to finishing 3 of 10 in C&D handicap last month when travelling strongly. Lorcan Williams rides
  • SOMETHINGTOSOMEONE (B Clarke) better is expected reverting to this discipline, first time visor, market watch advised but 12/1 looks value. Toby McCain-Mitchell (5) rides

5.18: Pertemps Network Maiden National Hunt Flat (Class 5) 2m

  • Winning favourites 37%
  • BANDE ORGANISEE (R Curtis) showed promise in a race that has worked out notably well on his Rules debut over C&D in November, the one to beat, Freddie Keighley (7) rides
  • HOOJ (D Skelton) half-brother to numerous winners. Has an appealing pedigree and one to note on debut for top yard. Tristan Durrell rides
  • BARASCARIA TEN (J & A O'Neill) market watch advised, Benjamin Macey (5) rides
